Having a cyclical view of time versus a linear view of time might make you more pessimistic about the future. A cyclical view of time is a view of time where you believe that the world is just going to continue going in circles from chaos to order and back to chaos and then order and just continue for eternity. Having a cyclical view of time makes you less motivated to work hard for a better future because you think that the future is just going to be back to chaos. A linear view of time which is a view of time where you believe that the world will have a beginning, a middle and an end will motivate you to work hard for a better future while you still exist.

Hi I’m Jake I do RPC too! I find your essay was great! When I did this lesson I had a different view of things and I I’m right that made my essay about this lesson 400 and something words. We practically both have the same idea just my way of explaining it is more of a farmers point of view (I am a farmer) but like in your essay mine starts with peace than chaos after the world ends because of wars.
